Classical Ballet Technique
Focus on classical ballet technique, which teaches grace, style, flexibility, correct body alignment, and beautiful artistry. Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles.
Learn to move, shake, and jump to contemporary styles of music. We incorporate and infuse classical jazz, dance team, hip hop, and music video styles.
Learn intricate choreography and expressive movement. This is a favorite among all dancers.
Learn to move in your pointe shoes and be graceful at the same time. Strong emphasis is placed on the beauty of perfect pointe work. Dance classical and contemporary variations from world famous ballets.
Learn to feel the rhythm and make some noise. Teaches musicality and intricate control over the feet.
Structured as a gymnastics, tumbling class. Build strength, flexibility, balance and control while learning to twist and tumble.
Take your practice to new heights! Improve strength and flexibility to flow through poses, all while suspended from our silk fabric.
Increase flexibility and strength using aerial yoga, a relatively new approach to a traditional yoga practice. We use a silk fabric called a ‘hammock’ to support the weight of our bodies, helping us achieve various postures with more depth, ease and excitement.
Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Students will find their rhythm and coordination. Students will be encouraged to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Hip hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a rigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements.
